Chicago Financial Search is implementing a Professional Referral Program for our IT positions.

Here is how it works:

1. Refer a new candidate to CFS for one of our IT positions. (Candidate must not already be in our database).

 

2. If your referred candidate is a potential match for an IT position listed with CFS, we will screen and present him/her to our client (with your referred candidate’s advance permission).

 

3. If a full-time employment offer is made and accepted by your referred candidate, and after s/he has successfully worked with our client for 90 days, you will be awarded $1,000 as a thank you from CFS!*

 

*Our Professional Referral Program does not apply to consultant referrals. CFS may present a referred candidate to more than one client, with the referred candidate’s advance permission. The $1,000 award is not valid after one year from the date that the candidate was referred to CFS. You can refer as many candidates as you would like and would be awarded per candidate placed. Each successful placement will be eligible for the $1,000 award
